Recovery Plans - we've expanded recovery planning to include not only natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), but also local problems that tend to have negative impact at a slower pace, and social posts that are either exaggerated, incorrect or flat-out untrue. We work with the entire team through at least one on-site meeting (plus follow ups of course) to get to know the stakeholders, understand the nuances of the destination, and craft a written plan of action with team members attached to each action in the plan.
